Curb Appeal Sells
Fresh exterior paint, cleaned-up landscaping, and a crisp white garage door and front door. The right color matters more than people think: this brick has a yellow undertone, so we chose a paint color that makes it pop. Same front steps, minus the old wheelchair ramp and railing. And yes, we waited for a sunny day for the photo.

We took out the ceiling beam and the old L-shaped island, added recessed can lighting, and built a new center double-counter island with cabinets. Then, refinished cabinets with new hardware, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, a new sink and faucet, new stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl flooring, and new patio doors.
SMALL FIX
Same Cabinets.
Brand New Kitchen.
No tear-out, no new cabinets. We painted the existing dark wood cabinets white and swapped out a range hood that had quit working. The whole kitchen brightened up. Sometimes the best upgrade is a can of paint and someone who knows how to use it.

A team at home and on the job. We live, work, and play
in the Coastal Bend, fixing up properties here for years.
COLIN
40 years of carpentry and contracting experience and about 30 years as a real estate investor. You won't believe what he can do with a circular saw.
LISA
Former ICU/ER nurse with 12 years of real estate investing. Colin's right-hand woman: she runs the schedule, hunts down bargains on materials, picks the colors, and knows what renters want.
BIG DOG
And then there's our street rescue, who now serves as head of security and official greeter.
